The SpectroNet Collaboration Conference 2020 is a one-day international online conference of well-known scientists, developers and engineers from research and industry institutions. Focus of the conference are 2D and 3D as well as spectral and hyperspectral photonic sensors for applications in industry and beyond. Leading companies and research institutions will give technical insights on their latest developments in photonic sensors and machine vision.

This year’s SpectroNet Collaboration Conference has been adapted due to the restrictions and is now an international online conference with presentations, questions and answers and an expert panel discussion. The planned conference concept will tackle companies and research institutions which are active in the field of photonics and machine vision and who want to see what their competitors are doing as well as potential customers and partners who are searching for solutions to solve their measurement tasks.

There will be three sessions with twelve presentations, addressing: 2D Image Processing in Industry & Beyond, 3D Image Processing in Industry & Beyond, and Spectral Image Processing in Industry & Beyond. Each presentation has a length of ten minutes with the possibility to ask questions afterwards. Also, during the expert panel discussion questions from the audience are welcome.

An expert panel discussion is scheduled to take place, it deals with the topic ‘The role of photonics & machine vision for sustainable economy growth and daily life applications’.

The conference is open to everyone and is free of charge. (Source: SpectroNet)
