Preview: Ready for the Première of T4M

“Medical technology needs suppliers. With enthusiasm.“ One of the four slogans in the current advertising campaign through which the new fair T4M, Technology for Medical Devices, wants to reach its visitor target groups. “The objective of the campaign is to specifically address trade visitors from the areas of manufacturing, production, purchasing and product development in medical technology companies and provide them with valuable business contacts and future-oriented momentum through the combination of a trade fair, forums, workshops and networking,“ said Tanja Wendling, project manager for the medical technology trade fair. Anyone wanting to reach the right visitors must listen to the industry.

“Together with the trade fair advisory panel, industry representatives and exhibitors, it was decided what T4M must offer in order to convince participants in the trade fair about its benefits and support them continuously,“ added Wendling. “This led to visitor advertising which is geared towards the needs of the visitor target groups, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors.” Four powerful slogans are the focal points of the campaign. They involve topics such as production, product development and purchasing in the medical technology industry.

“The slogans express key challenges facing our visitors, challenges which the exhibitors can resolve. This enables us to achieve purposeful matching at the trade fair,” said the project manager. The trade fair team enhanced the presentation of T4M together with industry representatives such as the promotional supporter, i.e. the VDMA Working Group for Medical Technology, and the exhibitors Wild & Küpfer and Transline. The slogan “In dialogue with the industry“ is therefore actively practiced.

“Through media marketing and cooperation with media partnerships, we will place the current advertising concept in all relevant channels both nationally and internationally,“ emphasized Wendling. During the run-up to the trade fair the exhibitors also received tips and suggestions on how they could present their company to their visitors in a competent manner through correct planning and selection of communication channels. A win-win situation for exhibitors – and the trade fair. T4M will be held for the first time in Stuttgart from 7 to 9 May 2019.
