Stemmer Imaging: Arne Dehn to Become CEO

The supervisory board of Stemmer Imaging appointed Arne Dehn as executive board member of Stemmer Imaging effective from 1 January 2019. After two months of transition, he will take over the chief executive officer position from Christof Zollitsch, who asked the supervisory board to terminate his contract early as of 28 February 2019, the supervisory board has accepted his request. Christof Zollitsch intends to provide his experiences and expertise to Stemmer Imaging in an advisory capacity and to remain closely linked to the company.

Arne Dehn (1969) has more than twenty years of international management experience in stock-listed technology companies in the communications and smart sensor industry, such as Honeywell Automation Controls. Since 2011, Dehn was member of the executive board of stock-listed mid-cap technology company TKH Group, headquartered in the Netherlands, managing a global business segment – 600 million euros in revenues – which develops and distributes machine vision systems and solutions, among other technologies.

As CEO of Stemmer Imaging, Dehn will assume responsibility for the departments group strategy and corporate development, M&A, sales, marketing, purchasing, and human resources.
